Thyroid dysfunction affects an estimated 42 million Indians — yet most people with the condition receive medication and very little else. At Tratak, we believe that is not enough.
Why thyroid needs a holistic approach
The thyroid gland does not malfunction in isolation. It is deeply connected to the adrenal glands, the gut, the immune system, and the nervous system. A treatment approach that only addresses the thyroid — while ignoring these connections — will always be incomplete.
What the workshop covers
This half-day workshop (10 AM – 2 PM) is structured around four pillars: targeted yoga asana sequences for thyroid health, pranayama for metabolic regulation, Ayurvedic dietary shifts for thyroid support, and lifestyle medicine — sleep, stress, and circadian health.
Who should attend
The workshop is designed for people with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and subclinical thyroid dysfunction. Caregivers and family members are also welcome. All participants receive a personalised practice guide to take home.
Seats and registration
Seats are strictly limited to 12 participants to ensure personal attention. Investment is ₹1,800 per person, inclusive of materials and a post-workshop 15-minute consultation with our lead therapist.
